I was introduced to Ian when looking at another property and found him to be a very genuine and honest person, a person that went out of his way for you. Ian always kept us informed of what was happening and we found with his genuine approach he was able to keep negotiations moving forward and keep parties talking. If there was a problem he didn't take a back step but kept involved. Ian has helped us in the last twelve months by completing two deals for us which we were very happy with and we can totally recommend Ian to anyone that is intending to buy or sell property.

During the latter part of 2005 Balle Bros decided to sell the above dairy unit on the open market. After a previous farm purchase facilitated by Ian Morgan, the directors approached Ian to appraise the property for sale purposes. After inspection and discussion a marketing program was agreed upon and commenced. The property was fully priced at $3m with a certain amount of realization that this price could not be achieved on what appeared to be a slowing market. However with the confidence instilled in us by Ian we soon realized that with the professionalism and integrity showed by him and the hard work put in on the marketing side a result would happen. Early in 2006 a conditional agreement was entered into with a subsequent sale at $2.95m. We put this good result down to the fact that Ian was the agent. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Ian Morgan to any property owner considering selling.

We have known Ian Morgan for several years now. During this time Ian, as a land agent, has assisted us with two of our farm purchases and one farm sale. We have known Ian Morgan for at least seven years, in his capacity as a rural real estate agent. In our long-winded quest to change our farming practice from dairying to drystock, we deal with Ian who offered us many attractive market options. Finally, our goal was achieved, toward the end of the 2005 season. Ian was the instigator in selling our dairying property near Matamata at an excellent market price. We speak highly of his very quiet, respectful and determined drive in the sales area. He is unruffled and respectful to all parties involved.
